Hello Sara, welcome to the forum  :)
I am no houseplant expert, but l'm wondering if it might be due to the air being too dry and causing the leaves to split and the leaf tips to turn brown.
How long have you had it ?

The weather is moderate not too dry, I've had it for one month

The only other thing l can think of is that the leaf has been damaged in some way.
Hopefully someone else can confirm and offer advice  :)

Thank you dear for your reply.
It's more than one leaf, and there is also the white parts, any idea about that problem?

Your Yucca looks extremely healthy.  The brown tips can simply be a result of a dry atmosphere or previous damage.
I'm unable to see any "white parts" from your photos - just the deterioration of the damaged tips.
If you can see white patches, try sponging the leaves with clean water.
Difficult to see what size pot you have him in but he looks fine overall.  There will inevitably be some damage/marks to some leaves - none of us ( including plants ) are perfect. Some leaves will eventually age as the plant grows.
I don't really think you need to worry - yuccas are difficult to kill :)
