Brown spots on pelargoniums

I bought these pelargoniums as plug plants a few weeks ago, and planted them out last week. They are growing away nicely, but I noticed yesterday that they are all covered in little brown spots. Could it be because I watered over the leaves with (diluted) seaweed?

    That has probably been caused by hail. Some of my plants have it as well. Nothing to worry about.
