Hello can anyone tell me is this a weed or a plant  if it is a plant what is it thank you

    It is a plant that most consider to be a weed - creeping buttercup.

    Dig it up as soon as you can, my last garden was plagued by them.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
