Cleomes - pinch out?

Growing these for the first time, bought as plugs and now about 4 inches high, do I need to pinch out? Also should these be repotted again before planting out?

It's a long time since I've grown them, but as I recall they do naturally get quite tall with a big flowerhead at the top.
Once that goes over, more smaller flowers appear from the lower nodes - rather like perennial phlox.
But in all honesty it was probably about 50 yrs ago I last grew them I can't remember that far back...
Hopefully someone with more recent experience will chip in

Have a look at the roots of one, if there are plenty of roots and compost doesn't fall away, then re-potting is a good idea until they're big enough to harden off then plant out

I used to grow them in my late mums garden. Never pinched them out. They grew and flowered quite well in full sun and stoney slightly clayey soil.  I'd say leave one or two weeks before planting out - only on the basis that the season is slow to warm up this year.
