Pear tree issue?

Evening everyone, my brother feels a little concerned that his pear tree has a disease. I feel it looks normal apart from having a lot of wind damage on the leaves. What do you guys think?

    It looks ok and considering the terrible winds we have had it is looking good, like ours.
