    Not however the Giant hogweed, this is the native one. Called Hogweed as the young shoots were fed to pigs as a spring 'pick-me-up for them.

    We picked armfuls as children to feed the pet rabbits and the family milking goat.   :)

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
