I think Lidl gets there plants in Wednesday or Thursday and leave them to die so it's best to get them close to arrival.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

I'm always on the lidl and aldi online offers for a bargain.  Lidl should get Snapdragons, Sweet Williams, Larkspur for £1.89 tomorrow

It's dangerous for me to know these things! In the last few weeks I have bought red salvia, stocks, some miscellaneous rockery type plants, lavender, camelia, and some other perennials that I don't remember. I have no idea where to plant them so they are all languishing in pots for the moment.

However I'd like some larkspur! It grows wild in my home town in the US but I've never been able to get it to grow here.

Nice size named varieties of rhododendron at The Range.  I picked up Percy Wiseman to grow in a pot

For those in France I just got 6 really healthy fusias in deep pots with great root systems at Lidl for 3.99€, they also had great pelagoniums, ivy leaved at two for 3€ I didn’t get any but they were good sized established plants.
Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.

The 3 for £5 plants from my local Asda are all healthy and getting bigger every day. I got lobelia and petunias.
