Plant ID Pease :)

A friend has given me some cuttings but didn’t know what the names were. I can ID all but one, which she says is a flowering climbing plant that only grows to 2foot. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

    Dont know any climbers that only grow to 2ft but will bump your post up with a guess at verbena

    It’s not a climber, it has no tendrils, looks like a Verbena to me as well. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    reminds me of Perovskia, but not sure at all.

    I think you could be right.

    Thanks everyone :) she did say small purple flowers so could be either.
