Rose puzzle

I grew this rose from seed from an inherited rose we got when we bought the house . Can anyone please tell me if this is normall for  arose to start like this or is it deformed?  Thanks

    I'm new to this and struggling to put the pictures on . The rose has developed with a green heart . It's not fully open yer

    ..oh lucky you, and well done for growing a nice rose from seed... it's just proliferated in the middle, trying to grow an extra bud... nothing to worry about, usually due to weather conditions.. but you seem to have it indoors...

    ...later blooms should be normal...   which rose did you take the seed from please?..

    Thanks for that . I just brought it indoors to protect it from the frost . 
    Sorry as the rose was already in a pot in the garden and I'm a complete novice I dont know the name.
