Have I planted ok?

Just planted some Yellow Rattle in bare areas of my lawn, also Fox and cubs but thought are they ok to plant near to each other as Fox and cubs can be a bit of a thug? Hope to get more insects!

Have never managed to germinate. Single yellow rattle, yes the fox and cubs seeds a bit like dandelions

    Wish you all the success.
Have tried for many years to get yellow rattle to germinate without anything even though we followed all the advice.
Now though we are having good returns with corncockle and will be able to sow seeds out into the orchard wildlife area.
Still would love to have yellow rattle.

Isn’t yellow rattle the meadow maker?

Yes, yellow rattle is called the meadow maker but I was unsure the plug plants would be ok with the larger Fox and Cubs, going to try it out though! thanks

I am only planting a small patch in my small lawn to try wildflowers. I have planted plug plants of Yellow Rattle and some Fox and Cubs which just arrived (probably by the wind) from my adjacent allotment. I  started  growing Corncockle earlier this year which I am so please are growing nicely, hooray. Thanks for your comments...
