Easyplanter (your views)

Hi I'm just looking through a gardening online website to get some ideas for my pots.

Has anyone tried this sort of thing called Easy planter were all your plans are made up and you just pop it into the pot and fill with compost.

I seem to remember something similar being reviewed on Beechgrove, maybe a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I can't remember what the outcome was

I suppose it's a good idea if you're not interested in gardening or not  confident in your gardening skills and want a quick fix. A container rammed full like that would need a lot of watering etc to keep it in good condition.

I think the fact that I don't remember the outcome means that it was OK at least, and not utterly dreadful.

Just looking at the link, I expect it would be cheaper to get individual plants from a local nursery or garden centre, but you're paying for someone having chosen the selection and planted it up for you.

Thanks B3 going by the pictures it looks like a lovely display I would be using terracotta pots so yes a good drink would be the Thing. ( I'm looking for a good show Impact as the pots will be in the part of garden where we will be sitting on hot days)🌞🌞

Yes I think you're right it's not the cheapest way to go and individual would be cheaper.

No doubt I'll probably go down that route but I was just interested to see people's views.🙂

When would be the best time to plant up terracotta pots to get a good impact throughout the summer.

Hi I decided to give these easyplanters a try this year in my pots and I must say I'm pleased with them.😉

I purchased them in May & I have 3 pots round the back of the house & 5 round the front that I will get a picture later. 

They still have quite a bit of flowering to do and are coming along nicely.🙂

Here is  the ones round the back of the house.
