White Rose Bush

in Plants

Can someone please ID what type of rose bush this is? I'm sorry I don't have a picture with the flowers on it! It bloomed during a very busy few weeks and with the Florida weather it got false hope, bloomed, and died when the cold weather came back unexpectedly. It was over rather quickly.
But it is a white flower with a yellow center and flat petals that lay down. I have personally never seen a rose bush that has the spiky bulb below the bloom. I've searched but just cannot tell by looking at the flowering versions.
Any help would be much appreciated!

... if we look at R. laevigata 'Cooperi' ['Cooper's Burmese..]
