Anyone know if this is japanese knotweed?

Hi

Does anyone know if these pictures are japanese knotweed? I know of a couple of other instances of it growing in the local area in recent years so a bit worried but suspect knotweed leaves are less heart shaped?

Its growing from a neighblurs garden so cant see the roots.

    Yes, bindweed. Zap it with glyphosate.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
