Can I use rose Tonic on other plants ?

I've bought some uncle Tom's rose Tonic. I was wondering if it can be used on other plants, and if so which plants? For example, can I apply on tomatoes,  squash, chilli plants etc?

    I can't see it doing any harm although citrus require slightly higher levels of trace elements (magnesium, zinc, copper etc).

    Can I mix some liquid cleaner with uncle Tom's rose Tonic as foliar feed for the roses and also kill the aphids at the same time ?
