It's a commercial variety by Proven Winners in the US. More of their plants are showing up in the UK market as they have a wholesale operation based in Cornwall. I have seen some of their hydrangeas in garden centres but usually are the larger varieties. Wonder if you can drop them a line to see if they have plans of introducing it in the near future? Plenty of small white varieties to pick from if you're not too obsessed with that particular one.

This is a small white variety worth looking into: https://signaturehydrangeas.co.uk/hydrangea-paniculata-little-spooky-grhp08-pbr-1118-p.asp

I emailed Proven in the US and had this reply
Hello! Thank you for reaching out about shipping to the UK. Unfortunately, we do not ship plants out of the United States at this time. We appreciate you reaching out and hope one day we will be able to ship to other countries. Please, let me know if you have any questions. ~Jessica S. Proven Winners

I think they misunderstood my question which was - Is Invincibelle Wee White hydrangea available in my country please? Many thanks
They probably thought I wanted to buy one from them.

I take their reply as saying that as the variety has been developed by Proven Winners it is only available from them.

Consequently as they do not ship plants out of the USA it is not available elsewhere.

I know that at least one trade nursery (Provender) stocks a lot of Proven Winners, though not the one you're after. If you know anyone with a trade account at a nursery that has a relationship with PW, they might be able to make a request, but I can't think of another way, tbh.

There are many shrubs available in UK grown by Proven Winners.
But they will not have come from USA.
Very soon Invincibelle Wee White will probably appear in the garden centres in UK.
    Probably grown in the Netherlands.
    Be patient.

I wonder if the UK wholesaler would respond on future UK availability on the form I linked to above. The US operation would obviously deal with the North American retail side.

Clearly all the American YouTubers getting sponsored by PW is paying off. For hydrangeas there are so many varieties already in Europe I don't think they offer anything particularly unique.
