Daffodils and tulips - bulbs

hi everyone, could you kindly help a total garden novice with the advice on daffodils and tulips bulbs ? I want to replant them, do I need to do it now or store the bulbs and plant later? what is the step by step process? I need to dig out all my bulbs, and just cut off the green top and stick the bulbs in new places, pretty deep? What’s the right process? Thank you!

You need to let them die back naturally. The leaves feed the bulbs for next year.  As they die down, I give the individual leaves a gentle tug and when they are ready, they come away from the plant.
