Climbing rose suggestion

Hello, I really need some guidance around selecting a rose to grow up a west facing garage wall. The space is 3m length, 2.5ish high.
really keen on disease resistance with repeat flowering. Looked at the ‘generous gardener’ but not sure it’ll have much visual impact, is it a bit bland colour wise?
any suggestions greatly appreciated, thank you.
planning on using open bottom planter too, couple feet high.

    Compassion is my fave. Looks good against red brick. 
    As @Dovefromabove alludes, the colour of the wall is important in the decision.
