What is this tree or shrub please

Been working in my son and daughter-in-law’s new garden today and trying to identify this tree

    one of the species Rhododendrons?

    I think it’s a loquat. (Eriobotrya japonica).

    thankyou @hostafan1 and @Helios.  I have don't lots of googling recently and I came up with Loquat too....Just still unsure.....

    Thank you so much @Silver surfer and thank you too for taking the time to upload some more photos for me.  Do you find it an easy tree to care for?  Reading online I believe it can be sensitive to very cold temps.  Does it have any special soil requirements?   Thank you again for you replies.

    It definitely looks like the loquat trees I have/have had.
