I've just been looking at their 2ltr plants and was wondering if they are genuine 2ltr plants or much smaller plants put into an oversized pot. Has anyone had any recent experience of buying this size plant from them. Cheers.

Can I just ask if anybody has received their plant orders due in May from an order made in January ?
I have been waiting and asking for a delivery date and no reply. Suddenly to be told yesterday that the supplier does not have enough plants to fill the orders. So Nothing is coming.

I'm in exactly the same situation .Had an impulse buying spree for 9 plants offer on 2nd April so as we were away down to Devon to visit RHS Rosemoor ( our fave) w/c 2nd May  online delivery date I e-mailed them to let them know, no reply. Since no replys to 3 seperate e-mails and yesterday found their number and called, only to get through to an EE answerphone,so your not on your own. I wonder what's happening. Must say they fulfilled my orders before but this time ??

According to their Facebook page, all orders prior to 17th May have been despatched, and they ask to be contacted by email if your order hasn't been received.
I hope you will receive a refund ASAP
Apparently there is a "live chat" on the website @Valleysgirl, but whether it's operating or not l don't know.

Thankyou AnniD. What is puzzling is that they are still advertising some of the very plants I ordered. Which they now say the suppliers have run out of. I wondered if they are selling to Garden Centres in bulk as they are so cheap. I’m fed up.

I no longer think they are a legit company, based on my experience. No refund for the 7/12 plants I didn't receive, and no reply to my email demanding it. Of the 5 that did arrive, only one was good.

Just had a look at the reviews on Trustpilot.
They seem to have gone downhill for whatever reason, the good reviews are far outnumbered by complaints.
I assume they are a victim of their own success, this subject has come up before on the GW forum.
If you still have no joy, you can open a PayPal dispute if that's how you paid,
Alternatively through your bank or credit card company .

I cancelled my order that was due for may in the end, didn’t want to risk it. I also found that one of the plants that wasn’t sent out was still being advertised on their website

I had a positive experience with them via email but I fear I am in the minority for that one!!
