Trailing African violet

I have just been given this plant.Can you confirm if it is a trailing African violet and how to care for it? Thanks.

I have one.. I don't remember what it's called.  I water when dry, grow it in a bright window (with a bit of late afternoon direct sun), and it just keeps blooming.

Thanks do you cut the whole stem off when it's finished flowering?
