There's a form of Koelreuteria (rain tree) that has pink emerging foliage in spring. It's Koelreuteria paniculata 'Coral Sun'. Could it possibly be that?
Koelreuteria paniculata aka Indian /Golden Rain tree.
I have one, a long way from India and it won't be liking today's weather much!
A characterful small tree, mine isn't planted in the best of places and has never flowered but it always looks good, even in winter, now it's covered in lichen and knuckles of moss.
And always full of birds, though that may have something to do with the bird feeder that hangs in there
