Another plant ID

hello everyone. I’m sure you are all asked a lot to ID a plant so this time it’s my turn. This has appeared in my border and I think it’s some sort of herbaceous perennial but can’t be certain. Any ideas?

I always work on the principle that if I didn’t plant it, it must be a weed. Rarely anything exotic appears from no where.
