Poor service

I recently joined the “YouGarden club” and have to say they have been terrible. 
I ordered some coleus plugs , half were dead on arrival and half of the other didn’t survive potting on. 
I also ordered 5 hostas, only 4 came, 2 of which were in very poor condition and non of them were labelled. 
I have emailed customer services ( they don’t answer the phone) and got automated reply saying they would contact me in 5-7 days. 11 days later I emailed them again, got automated reply saying if situations not resolved to send them an email headed Unresolved, which I did.
I was offered a replacement but as I had reordered from someone else because I couldn’t wait ( or be sure I’d get a reply) I asked for a different replacement 
2 weeks later , no reply and I have had my account blocked.
has anyone else had such terrible service from them??!

    No, but I suspect like a lot of companies at the moment, working from home
  • If they are working from home, that is not a reason for sending dead plants or for very poor customer service

    I bought 12 lavender plug plants and a Daphne and the quality was excellent.
