Had to respond to this, as we have this shrub too - I bought it because of it's name and beauty just prior to my daughter's wedding as the reception was in our garden.  Only today we looked up what it was as we had forgotten and agree 100% with @rachelQrtJHBjb - the common name is Pearl bush as the flower buds look like pearls.  It really is a beautiful shrub.
