ID please

Hi all, I thought this was an aquilegia then I thought it was a dicentra but both are growing nearby and it looks different?? Can anyone help? I never keep labels so every year there are a few plants that mystify me. 
It’s about 30-40 cms tall.

    Do you know I was hoping someone would say that I absolutely love them but have never bought one as they are not cheap, I have been trying unsuccessfully to grow them from seed instead.I must have indulged myself last year??  Hope you are right @Pete.8

    I've got the much taller delavayi that are just coming out of the ground but my Thalictrum aquilegiifolium look very much like the ones in your pics
