Hi, this tree/Bush was in our garden when we moved in and it grows up our fence. Does anyone know what it is called? Thank you!

One of the coloured stemmed cornus? Probably a sanguinea, given the paler colour or maybe a neglected alba sibirica.
If so, it needs pruning back to low pairs of buds now and then a good feed and water because the stem colour comes form new season's growth.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

The bark looks a lot like older stems on my Cornus alba Elegantissima. Elegantissima has variegated leaves though, so my guess is that yours is the green-leaved alba sibirica.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
