Hi - About to plant a few Polemonium Blue Pearl but heard a vague rumour they might be rampant self-seeders - anyone had any experience with them, good or bad?  Thanks :)

I've just got bog standard blue Polemonium and get a few seedlings each year. To be honest, I'd rather hoped for more... :)

the seedlings are very obvious when they appear so easily removed before they become a nuisance.

My polemonium does nothing except come back every year. Clay soil in shade.

I planted a couple of polemonium in my last garden about 25 years ago.  It was clearly happy and I spent the next decade removing unwanted seedlings.    Easy to do tho so I wouldn't let that put me off.
