I planted a cotinus Lilla 3ltr in the autumn. No leaves coming yet, it seems to have very tiny buds but they don't seem to be growing. Is it just v late into leaf, frosted, or dead? I hope not dead as this is the second one I have tried in the same spot.
We have well draining soil, but even so it got a bit waterlogged in Feb with all the wet. Now very dry of course.
