They are in large pots and have been growing on a sunny windowsill although for the last two days I've been putting them out in the garden during the day. It seems to be in the last two days that this problem has developed
Possibly scorching from the sun ... it’s actually been quite strong the last few days and if they’ve been indoors, even on a bright windowsill they won’t have developed the tough cuticle that protects them from sun burn and the drying effects of the wind too.
If you can find a slightly shadier spot outside for them when the go out that would be good ... and keep an eye on the outdoor temperature ... I wouldn’t put them out if it’s below 15C.
