Monty’s pruning knife/saw?

Does anyone on here know/recognise what Monty was using to cut his bamboos on last weeks GW please? It looked to the initiated (me!) like a bread knife, but I’m sure it’s more technical than that! Also a lovely little folding pocket knife? Thank you!

I think it’s a hori hori knife, but others may be able to give the brand and make. A good brand people talk about is Niwaki [edit: also look at Nisaku]

I can't see any branding on the saw but orange handle could mean it's a Stihl or Bahco or similar. There's loads of choice for that type of thing.

The knife is impossible to tell but it has a sheepsfoot blade similar to this one

I used to have a nice Fallkniven pocket knife but a nightmare to sharpen as the steel is so hard. You can't beat a good Swiss Army knife with scissors and saw for the garden.
