Border plant idea?
Looking for some info on the below types for the area I am considering
I have rectangular front garden, border round the 4 side. I have Laurel hedging along the front and down one side.

The area I am looking to plant in is 46cm wide (grass one side and path other side along front of house) 4.5m long.
I was looking round the garden centres and a few ideas below what would be best to add some colour and most of the year round foliage. I would not want anything higher than 0.4m and nothing that can’t be kept with the 46cm depth.

I also like the look of these
hardy asiatic Lilly (do these come back each year? Do they completely die off in the winter or just the flowers and keeps it foliage?)
