Id for 2 plants

Any ideas what these 2 are please?

The second one has tall white stems about 1m tall which now has regrowth at the bottom.

The second photo could be Perovskia, Russian Sage.

2nd one is Perovskia - Russian Sage, grey/white stems and soft blue flowers. Wait until there's no more frosts and then cut down the old stems.

The first looks as if it could be Hydrangea macrophylla, shot from an unusual angle. But it's hard to be certain.

I think the first is one of the campanula's but like Cambridgerose said its hard to be certain .
