Plant ID help please...

Hi everyone 
more goodies sprouting in the garden and I wanted help with Proper identification so I don’t get rid of something wonderful, or leave something dreadful in situ. 

I think this is aquilegia. There is loads of it randomly all over front and back gardens. Self seeded? Small and large plants 


I have no clue on the following, any helps appreciated.. is the last one a rose? In between brambles?

    Hi Wildlifer. I would agree with you about Aquilegia for your first picture. Second picture could be one of the Escallonia family. Are those flower buds on your third set of pictures? I think it could be a rose in your last set. Are there any thorns on the stems?

    Yes ladybird, really delicate thorns, and yes I strongly suspect they are buds on the third one xx

    The leaves on your third set of pictures look very like Weigela leaves but it might be easier to wait until the flower buds open to get a more definite identity. I'd keep them all for now Wildlifer and see how they develop.
