Which fertiliser to use

Hello,

I have a few plants and a few fertilisers and I need to "match them" since I am not sure which ones are best for which..

I don't want to put a full list of my plants here, I think it's best if I ask which plants are best for:

1) Blood, fish and bone

2) Miracle gro liquid all purpose

3) Rose & Shrub slow release

For example, some shrubs I am not sure if 1) or 3) is best (or even 2)?)

Very generally speaking, BFB for anything already in the ground.  Liquid feed for potted plants which have been planted for more than a couple of months.  Slow release mixed-in with the soil/compost when planting new shrubs etc.

Edit:  I'll add that BFB can be considered a slow-release fertiliser and can be used instead of 3 in most cases.
