Zinnia transplanting

Upgraded from a propagator into bigger pots, They were tall seedlings, not leggy so I had to put them into bigger than 9cm pots for depth of the seedling. But now 1 looks like this... I watered it well before putting it into new pot.... Should I keep it away from grow light? I put it back under it on the hopes it'd straighten up and go towards the light.

I have never grown indoors but even outdoors they look wimpy after transplantation but perks up in couple of days.

If it's just one you may have inadvertently bruised or damaged the stem.
