New Compost Bin

I had a variety of leftover bits from fence building and insulating the conservatory so came up with this. Just for kitchen waste really and hopefully it will warm up nicely once it gets going. Even had some hinges spare as the lid is quite heavy.

Nice bit of recycling.

    A hot bin! It should work really well. Does the front come off for emptying?

    Not the front no. Decided to just lift the whole thing off when it needs emptying. Will let you know if it works as planned.

    Looks very good @Forester_Pete. I've had better success with our plastic compost bins since I wrapped them last autumn in bubblewrap and fleece - a lot more worms appeared so yours should do well.
