Identify please

Can anyone identify this for me please?  I'm guessing it's some kind of sempervivum.  I need to know if it would prefer to be indoor or outdoor.  It is inside now but seems to growing vertically rapidly!

Possibly an Echeveria which is  indoor.
Did think Kalanchoe but maybe not but that's indoor as well
