This creature looks like a flat worm

Good afternoon gardeners. The attached photo’s are of a little creature I found under a paving stone. It’s ginger coloured with a flat underside and stretches a long way. It is not round like a worm and it doesn’t leave a trail like a slug. Do you think it is a dreaded thingy from abroad. Valerie
