What kind of x japonica is this?

I brought this shrub two years ago and stupidly got rid of the tag! I remember it was something japonica. I have check on a few apps and it says it is a pieris japonica, but comparing it to the pieris japonica I have growing already it doesn't resemble it. Any help much appreciated!

With such small leaves it may be Pieris japonica Little Heath Green.
