Please does anyone know what this plant is?  I’m trying to identify it so I can check what care it needs but struggling to track it down.

    It is a Euphorbia, but not sure which of the many species.

    I think it's Euphorbia Mellifera.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
