Picking hedging to provide privacy over summer... Saw this in Regents Park today

I’ve been looking at options for hedging, as the neighbour decided to fit a 4ft fence to get a bit more sun (NW facing garden) and there is now zero privacy.

I’m trying to create a natural looking garden, so no heavily trimmed hedging. Walked past this in Regents Park and it looked like it could work in my garden. Ive tried to check what it could be, looks like Crab Apple?

Any ideas how I can achieve the same thing in my garden?

I think those are some type of Viburnum, looking at the growth habit and flowers, probably Viburnum x bodnantense.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
