💐HAPPY MOTHERS DAY💐 and a flower ID please.

I hope all you lovely mums are enjoying your day so far. I’ve just received a lovely flower arrangement that had this lovely flower in it as a filler. I would be happy if someone could identify it as I think I’d like to grow one in the garden for future arrangements.

Thanks💐

They are Australian and not hardy in this country.

Thank you, looks like they need Mediterranean type growing conditions, full sun, well drained. Might be worth a try in a pot to shelter over winter.

@Bright star : They look lovely! *I'd be tempted to take a few 'tip' cuttings & see if they will strike in a moist  sand/peat 50/50 mix in a tray or small pots on a sunny windowledge? Nothing to loose by trying, eh? Best of luck with your gardening in 2021.
