Not a problem. Just remove them.
The spores are in the soil/compost and now they have the right conditions to produce the fruiting bodies. That's all.

I agree, they look like Inkcaps which will melt away to nothing in a few days anyway.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
