First time used this year and water is pouring out where marked, any idea why?? have taken it of hose, blown, poured water down it, but still the same,
Internal seal has failed. When the trigger is pressed the internal pressure is reduced so it doesn't leak any more. I hate it when spray heads leak all over me so I would replace it.
Take it back to where you bought it if you can. The only potential problem would be if you left it outside with water in and the water froze in it. That clearly wouldn't be covered by any warranty.
There is a guarantee have contacted seller, but someone on the Amazon site said if I had left it with water in and it froze the guarantee would not hold, and just recovering from 'The Best of the East' here I feel it is another lesson I have learnt, at least it was not to expensive.
I have had a reply from seller asking for details and photos of the problem then they will see about replacement or refund, but as I am convinced it was the cold weather I am going to 'count my lose' and go buy a new one,
