Peace Lilly Leaves

Hi, would anyone know what might be causing my peace lilly leaves to turn yellow or be a very light green as in the picture. I always water them well and rotate them to get an even amount of light. I have more than on peace lilly in the home and have similar issues with the plants, I've tried moving them to different places in the house to change the light they get but keep struggling. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Do you feed them on a regular basis and are they in bright sunlight? They prefer shadier areas so they do not need to be on a windowsill and can be quite happy in a bathroom with little natural light. They do need feeding even though it isn't summer as they will still be growing.

As well as what @Ceres said, it's normal for the lower leaves to turn yellow and then brown as they die off.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
  • I did put them on a North facing windowsill as the days got shorter as I wondered if they were struggling with not getting enough light but they just stayed the same. Now the days are a bit longer I have moved them away from the windows.

I don't however feed them though, I shall try that.

    Thank you both.
