The only difficult thing is finding time when working 5 days a week 😬 but always have afternoons and weekends of course to read 🙂 could be worth asking some gardening companies if they’re hiring, and I know exactly what you mean about people applying the term gardener to themselves @AnniD

    Better a gardener who needs to check things than one who clips everything into blobs or lollipops :)
    The RHS pruning book is a good reference, if you're wanting to invest in a specific book on pruning.
