There are 2 things i like to ask about bulbs 1st thing i have planted bulbs this year but can anyone tell me after they have done what they got to do , do i take them out or keep them in the ground the 2nd thing if i keep them in the ground do i water them over the summer thank you

It depends what they are 
Most just stay where they are, and will increase each year, especially if allowed to die down naturally,  but others won't. You'd have to state what you have, and then accurate advice can be given. 
Your climate will also have an influence, especially with tulips.
