Choisya. Looks like the variety Sundance (the yellow part) with a green reverted shoot which will keep growing bigger and eventually take over, so best to prune it out back to the yellow part.

Is it two plants, or is the vigorous green bit at the back from one branch? If the latter, I'd cut out the green one or it'll take over. The gold one is probably C.ternata 'Sundance'.
