Choisya ternata, aka mexican orange blossom.

Choisya. Looks like the variety Sundance (the yellow part) with a green reverted shoot which will keep growing bigger and eventually take over, so best to prune it out back to the yellow part.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
  • Is it two plants, or is the vigorous green bit at the back from one branch?  If the latter, I'd cut out the green one or it'll take over.  The gold one is probably C.ternata 'Sundance'.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
