Roses

Hi. I have planted my first 2 roses this year in memory of my Mum, in a south facing border and they are doing well.
I would like to know, can I move them ( within same border)? And when can I do this?
Many thanks

Yes you can move them, any time until March, weather permitting..  you won't get much of a rootball unless they were potted roses originally, then you might.. otherwise just replant as bare roots..
