It looks like Jasminum officinale as the word jasmine can be used as a common name for other plants. It also looks like a Greek balcony to me...worth showing us the pot as a shot of the leaves doesn't give much information.
Going by the leaf shape it's more likely Jasminum Grandiflorum. Quite tender and need bringing indoors if the weather gets below zero at night. I agree, a photo of the pot will help. The pot may be too small, or not planted in a loam-based soil. They prefer to be in full sun. Leaves will age and drop off from time to time, especially when the weather cools down. So may not be something serious.
